CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations of any service with less than 24 hours notice, including No-Shows, will result in a $40 fee.
RETURNED CHECKS
If a check is returned by the bank, we will assess a $35 service charge in addition to service cost.
PRICING CHANGES
All prices are subject to change without notice. However, if our prices do increase, we will honor the price of the service that was effective on the date your appointment was made.
SERVICE GUARANTEE
If you are dissatisfied with any service, please let us know prior to leaving studio so that we can attempt to rectify the problem to ensure your continued loyalty.

Only allowed if receiving service.
